The Role of Chief Executive Officer:

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will report directly to the Board of Directors and will be responsible for the comprehensive strategic, operational, organizational, and financial performance of Talence Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Formulate and align a cohesive strategic plan that reflects the vision and objectives of Talence Group.
  • Financial Oversight: Assess and guide the Board on the financial health of the organization, ensuring sustainable growth and resource allocation.
  • Operational Excellence: Communicate the strategic direction to the leadership team, fostering an environment of accountability and performance.
  • Organizational Development: Cultivate a scalable organizational structure that promotes a culture of collaboration and adaptability.
  • Advocacy and Engagement: Serve as the primary representative of Talence Group, engaging with stakeholders to promote the importance of independent medical practices.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in the healthcare sector, with a focus on administrative operations and value-based contracting.
  • Proven track record of executive leadership in organizations with over 50 employees and revenues exceeding $10 million.
  • Extensive experience in financial and operational management, ideally within the non-profit domain.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • Commitment to the mission and values of Talence Group.
  • Advanced degree in a healthcare-related field, business, or finance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in non-profit leadership roles such as Executive Leader, Executive Director, or CEO.
  • Direct engagement with commercial and managed care providers.
