We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our Ambulatory Surgical Center team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and promoting a culture of excellence within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership to the nursing team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with other departments.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Collaborate with the medical staff to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing nursing team, ensuring adequate staffing and resources.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure and a minimum of 2 years of nursing management experience.
- Associate's degree in nursing, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in an Ambulatory Surgical Center or similar setting is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on patient safety and satisfaction.
