Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect blood specimens from patients for laboratory testing
  • Perform data collection and entry for blood specimens
  • Work under the general direction of the Phlebotomy/Processing Supervisor

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Three or more years of phlebotomy experience with a minimum of one year at Emerson Hospital required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Computer skills
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
