The estimated salary for this position is $24-$28 per hour.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Wet Spray Painter to join our team on 1st shift at our West Bend, WI facility. As a Wet Spray Painter, you will be responsible for applying coatings to various substrates using HVLP, electrostatic, powder equipment in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet quality, safety, and production standards
• Apply a variety of coatings, including CARC, 2-part epoxy, and enamels
• Identify, troubleshoot, and correct potential quality issues associated with coatings, equipment, and part presentation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience as a wet paint sprayer
• A complete understanding of fluid delivery and atomizing setup to provide maximum transfer efficiency and throughput
• Prior experience in a job shop setting
