The ideal candidate will join a team of experienced healthcare professionals in a state-of-the-art NICU with over 30 beds available for patients. This facility offers tremendous growth potential within the organization and a collaborative work environment.

Job Details
  • 12-hour shifts or 24-hour shifts, including evenings and nights
  • Flexible scheduling to accommodate varying needs
  • Full support staff on site for comprehensive care
  • Work every third weekend, ensuring a healthy work-life balance

This challenging yet rewarding position involves:

  • Attending deliveries and managing high-risk infant cases
  • Providing consultations to pediatric hospitalist services as needed

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

  • Current licensure in Minnesota
  • At least two years of experience as an NNP or PA
  • A Master's or Doctorate degree in Neonatology or formal training, along with relevant experience
  • Neonatal Certification
