Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize plant sanitation programs to meet performance standards and PAMP goals.
  • Develop and implement sequential steps to achieve PAMP goals.
  • Prepare written service/usage reports as requested by customers and managers.
  • Understand and articulate process flow at each account.
  • Identify latent customer problems and their solutions.
  • Communicate deviations from survey to Regional Manager immediately.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university (technical or marketing degree a plus).
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a related field.
  • Strong understanding of food and/or dairy sanitation, its effect on food quality, and customer profitability.
  • Mechanical aptitude and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Power Point, Word, Excel, and other related software.
  • Self-starter with a valid driver's license and excellent driving record.

Physical Requirements:

  • Extensive travel and frequent overnight stays with some regional travel.
  • Driving or riding in an auto or aircraft from 2 to 5 hours at a time.
  • Standing for extended periods of 3 to 4 hours.
  • Frequent 12-to-16-hour workdays may be required as a result of travel and customer commitments.
