Exterior Restoration Sales Consultant

As a leading provider of exterior restoration services in the nation, Aspen Contracting LLC offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled sales professional to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic Restoration Sales Specialist to work directly with homeowners and insurance companies to determine damage to properties, scope of repairs, bid and estimate jobs. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing each project to the homeowner's satisfaction and collecting payment.
The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and previous experience in sales, insurance, or construction is desirable but not essential.
Main Responsibilities- Canvass and set up appointments with potential clients
- Create scope of loss or inspection reports using provided technology
- Serve as a liaison between property owners, production managers, and insurance companies
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of projects
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to travel or relocate as needed
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Physical stamina to perform inspections and climb ladders
