Job Overview
We're seeking a skilled Part-Time Customer Experience Lead to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue and customer satisfaction by ensuring seamless client interactions and operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional client services, embodying our brand values and setting an example for others.
  • Assist with operational and transactional functions, ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
  • Handle client service issues promptly and professionally, resolving conflicts with ease.
  • Support store operations and organization, maintaining a clean and inviting environment.
  • Drive revenue growth by managing client relationships and performing manager-on-duty responsibilities.


Key Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; part-time or full-time managerial experience is preferred.
  • A minimum six months of sales associate experience with ANN INC. or equivalent experience with another retailer is necessary.


Compensation Package:
