Industrial Gas Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Gas Sales Manager to join our team at Airgas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
Job Description:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS THROUGH PROACTIVE COMMUNICATION AND EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Analyze sales data to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales performance.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- 3+ years of experience in industrial gas sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- Familiarity with the industrial gas industry and its regulations.
- Ability to travel frequently (up to 50% of the time) and work flexible hours as needed.
- Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $90,000 per year.
