We offer a competitive base salary for this role, with estimates suggesting a range of $120,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, our compensation package includes RVUs, providing further opportunities for professional growth and financial rewards.
Job Description:
This is an outstanding opportunity for a skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to practice independently in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive mental health services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Practice independently, with some supervision as needed
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current board certification as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
- Experience working in an outpatient setting, preferably in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, with some supervision as needed
- Up-to-date knowledge of mental health practices and procedures
