Cake Production and Quality Control:As a Nothing Bundt Cakes Baker, you will ensure that our delicious cakes consistently meet the highest quality standards. This involves following strict proprietary recipes, production methods, and food safety guidelines to produce high-quality cakes. You will also be responsible for maintaining productivity goals, effectively utilizing equipment, and adhering to proper packaging, labeling, and storage procedures.
Teamwork and Communication:
You will work closely with the Bakery Manager to develop a cake production plan, monitor inventory, and inform management of any quality control issues. Your strong communication skills and ability to follow direction will be essential in this role. You will also be responsible for collaborating with the team to maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure all baking supplies are prepared for the next shift.
Requirements and Availability:
To be successful in this role, you must be at least 18 years old and have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. While prior baking experience is not required, it is preferred. You must be able to follow direction and stay focused on tasks until completion.
