Overview:

This position is accountable for effectively leading the operations of the Mercy Community. As such, it is necessary to be heavily involved in strategic planning, the development of new or expanded services, and the continuous protection of human, physical and financial assets. The Community is part of a larger health system; thus, the incumbent is called on to participate in system and community activities in meaningful ways.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and improve services
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and services
  • Collaborate with system leaders to promote integration and excellence across the system


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Five to seven successful years of experience at the executive level in a health-related field
  • Required Education: A Master's degree in Health Administration or related field
