BMW Sales Consultant

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven BMW Sales Consultant to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to commercial and fleet customers, while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell new and used vehicles to commercial and fleet customers at a profit
- Meet dealership sales goals
- Greet customers and determine their vehicle needs
- Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation
- Suggest optional equipment for customers to purchase
- Compute and quote sales prices
- Complete paperwork accompanying vehicle sales
- Arrange for vehicle delivery and registration
- Research vehicle availability and optional equipment
- Engage in business development and customer relations
Requirements:
- Prior sales and customer service experience desired
- Valid driver's license required
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
