About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven BMW Sales Consultant to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to commercial and fleet customers, while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell new and used vehicles to commercial and fleet customers at a profit
  • Meet dealership sales goals
  • Greet customers and determine their vehicle needs
  • Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation
  • Suggest optional equipment for customers to purchase
  • Compute and quote sales prices
  • Complete paperwork accompanying vehicle sales
  • Arrange for vehicle delivery and registration
  • Research vehicle availability and optional equipment
  • Engage in business development and customer relations

Requirements:

  • Prior sales and customer service experience desired
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
