As a Loan Manager, you will be responsible for the overall store operation, customer service, sales, and marketing. You will work closely with our team to ensure the continued growth of the business and meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, ensuring professionalism and a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales: Sell and cross-sell products and services to new and existing customers, including payday loans, installment loans, and title loans.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones, including direct mail, phone, and text messaging.
  • Operations: Manage store operations, including daily, weekly, and monthly goals and objectives, store organization, and cash handling.
  • Training and Compliance: Ensure team members adhere to company policies and procedures, maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services, and ensure compliance with state and federal lending regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial services industry, including cash handling and customer service.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
