Job Title: Senior Transaction Management Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of critical transaction management applications. As a Senior Transaction Management Leader, you will work closely with business partners to analyze new business demands, provide implementation support, and coordinate technical upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct business user meetings, analyze requirements, and develop functional specification documents.

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Development teams to implement business requirements and contribute to use case development.

• Manage release scope and deployment plans, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

• Work with Data Governance teams to ensure adherence to data policies and standards.

• Manage business demands and resource allocation, prioritizing tasks to meet business objectives.

• Provide day-to-day support to business inquiries related to owned applications, involving 200+ use cases.

• Participate in agile software development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

• Collaborate with Development teams on Information Security Risk Management, ensuring application stability, resilience, and compliance.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of business system analyst experience in the financial industry.

• Strong understanding of SDLC processes and software development tools.

• Experience with SQL language and good understanding of financial products.

• Familiarity with data and terminologies related to accounting, custody, corp actions, cash, trades, FX, interest, dividends.

• Basic understanding of IBM MQ, Kafka, XML, JSON, SQL Server, Oracle, S3, Databricks, and Snowflake.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
