About the Role

This is a crucial position within our fitness studio, accountable for preparing studio spaces, conducting deep cleaning and organization of common areas, assisting with equipment repair, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare studio spaces by cleaning equipment, sweeping, mopping, and wiping mirrors.">
  • Maintain regular deep cleaning, organization, and service of common areas.">
  • Assist with equipment repair, including Woodway treadmills.">
  • Perform minor studio fixes in all facilities spaces.">
  • Provide laundry services, including collecting, washing, and folding towels.">
  • Adhere to daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance checklists.">
  • Communicate any facilities issues to the management team.">

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess conversational English skills.">
  • Able to work non-traditional hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.">
  • Experience in or willingness to learn about facilities management and maintenance.">
  • Exceptional cleaning skills and a clear understanding of a sanitary environment.">
  • Able to communicate effectively and in a time-sensitive manner.">
  • Able to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.">
  • Detailed-oriented mindset.">
  • Proven dependability and reliability.">
  • Friendly and personable attitude.">
  • Prior experience working with hand tools is beneficial.">
  • Able to kneel, bend, reach, climb, and stand for extended periods.">

Estimated Salary Range:

$40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
