IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Tad PGS, Inc. in Laurel, MD. As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide onsite IT support services for customers, including incident response, delivery, and system set-up of new and repaired computers. You will work on primarily Microsoft Windows, Macintosh, and Linux systems, researching, analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving issues with customer systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite IT support services for customers
- Incident response, delivery, and system set-up of new and repaired computers
- Work on primarily Microsoft Windows, Macintosh, and Linux systems
- Research, analyze, diagnose, and resolve issues with customer systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 5 years of recent IT-related Tier 2 Enterprise technician work experience
- Valid Driver's License and ability to drive company vehicle on and off campus
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance
- U.S. Citizenship
