Compensation:

  • Year one: $50,000; Year two: $55,833; Year three: $61,167.
  • Hourly pay structure - the more you work, the more you earn.
  • Typical schedule consists of 45 hours per week (5 days on, 2 days off).

Responsibilities:

As a Manager in the L2L training program, you will oversee various responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service. Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and promote car wash services and memberships.
  • Address and resolve any customer concerns or dissatisfaction promptly.
  • Foster customer loyalty through outstanding service and a positive experience.
  • Manage daily operations effectively, ensuring team performance meets customer expectations.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for all customers.

Operational Management:

  • Coordinate daily store operations through effective planning and execution.
  • Ensure proper staffing and adherence to closing procedures.
  • Maintain high service standards by conducting quality checks and coaching the team.
  • Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
  • Resolve customer and employee issues efficiently and manage store inventories.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with appearance and safety standards.

Team Leadership:

  • Provide daily guidance and coaching to enhance employee performance and satisfaction.
  • Mentor and develop team members through effective training and feedback.
  • Foster a positive and safe work environment aligned with Waterway's culture and values.
  • Create weekly schedules to ensure adequate labor coverage and meet business demands.
  • Perform safety, cleaning, and maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Support and enforce company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Associate's degree or higher (or current college senior) OR at least 2 years of relevant experience in supervisory roles, professional sales, or military leadership.
  • Availability to work a retail schedule (5 of 7 days, 45 hours per week, including weekends and holidays).
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Physical Requirements:

  • Work outdoors year-round, exposed to varying temperatures and weather conditions.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform tasks at a fast pace.
  • Must have good vision and hearing capabilities.
  • Fluent in English for effective communication with team members and customers.
  • Maintain regular attendance and adhere to assigned schedules.
