Key Responsibilities
  • Be the primary analyst for weekly reporting and insights on pipeline generation, progression, and coverage metrics.
  • Utilize pipeline progression and coverage insights and topline metrics to set global pipeline targets.
  • Develop an activity-based pipeline model to optimize pipeline generation across sales, CSG, marketing, product, and partner organizations.
  • Develop a pipeline generation and progression framework focused on enabling data-driven decisions and actionable insights.
  • Develop outstanding key internal stakeholder relationships across Data Science, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Science, or Economics.
  • 3+ years of hands-on analytical experience in a high-growth company, preferably with a consumption-driven model.
  • Excellent financial modeling and analysis skills required.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with proficiency in G-Suite.
  • Ability to work quickly and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining precision and attention to detail.
  • A high degree of self-motivation in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Ability to influence business partners and provide recommendations to drive decision-making and execution.
  • Strong executive presence, with communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
What Gives You an Edge
  • Prior experience at a company with a consumption-driven model.
  • Knowledge of SQL and BigQuery.
  • Working knowledge of pipeline generation and demand generation in software-based SaaS organizations.
  • Working knowledge of the organizations and teams within Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partner Ecosystem, Enablement, and Sales Operations.
