At Northrop Grumman, our team of innovators is pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the defense industry. We're seeking a highly skilled Critical Systems Integration Engineer - Missile Program Lead to join our team in Chandler, Arizona.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced engineer to lead an integrated product team responsible for implementing missile design interfaces to the overall weapon system. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of systems engineering principles and experience working with external organizations to understand weapon system capabilities and requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and balance performance requirements between missile and weapon system
  • Partner with external organizations to understand weapon system capabilities and requirements
  • Lead an integrated product team tasked with implementing missile design interfaces to the overall weapon system
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university and 12 years of related experience or a Master's degree in a STEM discipline and 10 years of experience, or a PhD and 8 years of experience
  • Active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope with the ability to obtain a U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance
  • Weapon System experience Spanning Program Lifecycle from Requirements Development through PDR, CDR to Production
