Job Title: CNC Programmer

The CNC Programmer will be responsible for selecting cutting tools, determining cutting feeds and speeds, and creating efficient tool paths for various projects. They will evaluate parts for manufacturability and suggest practical improvements to enhance machining processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Programming prismatic and complex topologies for short-run tool-room production
  • Experience with Unigraphics NX11 or newer CAD/CAM software is required
  • Proficiency in programming 3, 4, and 5-axis vertical and horizontal milling machines, as well as 2-axis and 2-axis with C-axis and live tooling lathes
  • Expertise in plastic injection mold making, high-speed machining, and the design/manufacturing of electrodes, fixtures, jigs, and mold frames is highly valuable

Requirements:

  • 5-15 years of experience as a CNC Programmer
  • Extensive experience with Unigraphics NX is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Windows directory file structure is necessary

Compensation and Benefits:
