About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Provider Enrollment Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in enrolling and credentialing healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with healthcare providers and ancillary staff to provide timely responses to inquiries and concerns regarding provider enrollment and file maintenance for Medicaid programs.
  • Process applications and maintenance requests using documented work instructions, ensuring daily quotas are met.
  • Identify deficiencies and notify providers of incomplete or inaccurate applications, revising existing deficiencies as required.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding application status and resolve enrollment application deficiencies through research and contact with providers.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in enrolling and credentialing healthcare providers.
  • Strong computer skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
