Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Director to lead and manage all aspects of clinical operations, including on-site medics, clinical administration, and care coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare regulations, and best practices in care coordination.
About the Role
The Clinical Operations Director will oversee all clinical operations across Rezilient's network of CloudClinics, ensuring smooth functioning, enhanced care delivery, and optimized clinical workflows. This role requires exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational efficiency and patient care excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all clinical operations, including on-site medics, clinical administration, and care coordination.
- Lead the clinical team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in line with Rezilient's mission and values.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and efficient care delivery.
- Work closely with medical and administrative teams to ensure optimal scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of care.
- Recruit, train, and develop clinical staff, including clinic specialists and on-site medics.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including patient safety, quality control, and infection prevention protocols.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and technology teams to integrate new tools and processes that streamline clinical workflows and enhance patient care.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, care quality, and patient satisfaction.
- Manage clinical reporting and performance metrics to monitor patient outcomes, clinic performance, and operational effectiveness.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical operations during audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.
Requirements
We require a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) and 7+ years of experience in clinical operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a healthcare organization.
Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $160,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
