Insurance Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on various insurance products. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process new and renewal business within timelines and quality standards.
- Escalate complex issues to internal contacts.
- Provide timely information to clients regarding plan details, rates, contributions, and carrier contacts.
- Assist with proposal preparation, stewardship reports, and service plans.
- Address and resolve client questions and concerns.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Five years of industry-specific experience.
- LOB designations.
- College or advanced degree.
