Resident Services Coordinator

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you have a knack for problem-solving and a strong desire to exceed expectations? We're looking for a talented Resident Services Coordinator to join our team at Waterton.
As a Resident Services Coordinator, you will be the face of our community, responding to resident inquiries and concerns, and providing community information to residents. You will conduct move-in orientations to new residents and follow up with residents to ensure satisfaction.
What we're looking for in our ideal candidate:
* A passion for providing exceptional customer service
* 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
* High School diploma or equivalent required
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Valid driver's license may be required
* Ability to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
