Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is between $60,000 and $170,000 annually, based on individual performance. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as a 401(K) plan with employer contribution.

Additionally, you'll enjoy flexible scheduling, paid time off that accrues from day one, uniforms provided, employee discounts, and health and wellness membership reimbursement up to $75 per month.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of our Automotive Sales Associate is to ensure every guest's purchase experience yields an exceptionally high level of customer satisfaction. This involves posting and responding to vehicle sales inquiries, prospecting, and developing potential customers through current relationships, new customers, and referrals.

You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where continuous learning and education on product model features and benefits are essential. Your dedication to providing exceptional customer experiences will be recognized and rewarded.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Eligibility to receive a Colorado salesperson license
  • A valid in-state driver's license with a safe driving record
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
  • Authorization to work in the United States
