**Join Our Team as a T&D Project Specialist**

FindTalent, a dynamic construction company, seeks an experienced T&D Project Specialist to join their Transmission & Distribution (T&D) and Substation Construction division.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. They will collaborate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, and quality control processes.
  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
  • Lead project teams, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and excellence.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management and clients.

Compensation Package:

The estimated salary for this position is $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience. A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off, is also offered.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, with at least 3 years in the T&D or Substation Construction sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
