Job Summary

Elevance Health is seeking a highly skilled Developer Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in analyzing current processes and developing automation solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct feasibility and design tests for automation of processes
  • Develop automation processes using RPA technology
  • Review quality processes with subject matter experts and align automation to such processes
  • Support automation incidents, defects, upgrades, and maintenance
  • Deploy automation and monitor performance
  • Develop test cases and scenarios and conduct user acceptance testing
  • Ensure compliance to application security guidelines
  • Document automated workflows
  • Train new developers
  • Review the work of other team members
  • Build a development pipeline for automation

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Five (5) years of experience in related occupation(s). Additional requirements include three (3) years of experience in RPA based Automation, primarily using UIPath Technology, and three (3) years of experience with design and technical documentation.

Hybrid Workforce Strategy
