Job SummaryAs a Client Liaison/General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our installation crew while also acting as a liaison between our company and clients. Your focus will be on ensuring exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, and building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Drive company trucks to and from job sites safely and efficiently.
- Assist the installation crew in completing projects according to job requirements.
- Remove waste and debris from job sites using equipment and power tools.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness after installations are completed.
- Collaborate with the crew chief and field manager to meet client expectations.
- Act as a team player, working both independently and under supervision.
- Assist with other duties as needed and directed by the crew chief/field manager.
Bilingual (Spanish) and the ability to lift, load, and unload materials without restrictions are required. Excellent teamwork skills, with the capacity to work independently or as part of a crew, are also essential. Knowledge of basement systems, including waterproofing, structural foundation repair, and concrete work, is a plus.
Employees may also be required to work in excess of normal working hours as workloads and seasonal activities necessitate.
