Job Summary

As a Construction Project Coordinator at Michael Page, you will assist the Project Manager in all phases of construction, ensuring seamless project execution and delivery. Your responsibilities will include writing and submitting RFI's, reviewing subcontract documents, and notifying management of significant project events. You will also work closely with the owner/client to provide updates, obtain approvals, and complete change orders for scope of work revisions. Additionally, you will assist with documenting changes, maintaining project records, and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist Project Manager in all phases of construction
* Write and submit RFI's for approval and distribution
* Review and understand subcontract documents as they apply to assigned areas of responsibility
* Notify management of significant project events, such as project successes, issues, injuries, client relations, and potential losses/claims
* Work with owner/client to provide updates, obtain approvals, and complete change orders for scope of work revisions
* Assist with documenting changes, maintaining project records, and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations

Requirements

* 1+ years of experience working in commercial or multifamily construction
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
* Strong administrative construction duties, including document control
* Ability to prepare submittal schedules for approval and distribution
* Assist the Superintendent with RFI reports, QA/QC documentation, and construction field operations
* Assist with preconstruction tasks, including estimating and quantification
* Collect and log closeout documents and punch lists
