Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.

Responsibilities:

  • Build Business Partnerships: Develop and maintain effective partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
  • Conduct Regular Meetings: Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units to provide HR guidance and support.
  • Provide HR Updates: Provide regular updates to leadership on operational needs and changes while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Guidance and Input: Provide guidance and input on business unit restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Complex Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations.
  • Legal Compliance: Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Process Enhancement: Review and enhance current practices to support the growth and evolution of the organization.
  • Counsel and Advice: Advise leadership and staff regarding performance management, policy interpretation, procedures, employee benefits, job description development, and compensation philosophy.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years' experience in Corporate Human Resources.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Certification: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR or ability to obtain certification within one year of employment.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Progressive experience developing and implementing HR strategies, collaborative leadership style, ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
