About the Role

The Simon Wiesenthal Center seeks a dedicated and skilled Program Manager to oversee the planning, development, and delivery of educational programs for its Mobile Museums of Tolerance in New York.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on promoting Holocaust education, human rights, and community engagement. As a Program Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Associate Director, Education at the Museum of Tolerance NY to ensure the success of programs aligned with the MMOT's mission.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing program operations and leading a team to deliver engaging, high-quality experiences.
  • Developing and implementing outreach and engagement initiatives.
  • Ensuring accuracy and quality of grant reporting and support documentation.
  • Maintaining and managing the Master Calendar of programs and events.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in program development for educational settings (K-12 preferred).
  • Strong skills in creating and delivering model lesson plans and thematic programming.
  • Excellent presentation and group facilitation skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and project management software.
