Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate critically ill patients to identify treatment needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure seamless patient care and coordination
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience within the last five years as a Critical Care Dialysis Nurse
  • Current RN license and active registration with the relevant state nursing board
