Job Overview
Early Autism Services is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in Leeds, AL. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, data-driven ABA therapy services to children with autism.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism.
- Lead a team of therapists in delivering ABA services in a center-based and home-based setting.
- Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions.
- Provide training and supervision to junior staff members.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements:
- A BCBA certification and licensure (if required in the state).
- At least 1 year of experience working with children with autism and ABA principles.
- Prior BCBA experience is preferred.
- A master's-level degree in a relevant field.
