Job Overview


Early Autism Services is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in Leeds, AL. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, data-driven ABA therapy services to children with autism.


About the Role:



  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism.
  • Lead a team of therapists in delivering ABA services in a center-based and home-based setting.
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions.
  • Provide training and supervision to junior staff members.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements:



  • A BCBA certification and licensure (if required in the state).
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children with autism and ABA principles.
  • Prior BCBA experience is preferred.
  • A master's-level degree in a relevant field.
