Digital Marketing Strategist

Mosaic Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to drive our growth and expansion. This role will play a critical part in strengthening our brand, increasing visibility, and communicating our value proposition to a wide audience.

This position involves executing marketing strategies, supporting advertising campaigns, and driving engagement with customers to support Mosaic's growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, executing, and analyzing advertising campaigns and marketing materials across digital, print, and social media platforms.

• Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing materials
• Design a variety of marketing materials and support social media efforts through content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and trend monitoring
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs, providing recommendations based on research findings
• Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional events, managing logistics, vendor relations, promotional materials, and tracking performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all marketing initiatives align with business goals

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing for both consumer and business advertising
• Experience with various marketing applications and content management systems
