We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team at HexaQuEST Health, Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality rehabilitation services to patients in need of physical therapy. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with licensed clinicians to maintain a productivity standard and provide exceptional patient care.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position requiring a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to promote patient progress and independence
  • Collaborate with licensed clinicians to ensure continuity of care and adherence to productivity standards
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong foundation in physical therapy principles and practices. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting is required, and you must be currently licensed to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state where the facility is located.
