Job Summary

The Licensed Optician is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the delivery of the Target Optical Way. This role requires a strong focus on people, collaboration, and results-driven execution. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for eye care and a commitment to providing simple, fun, and in-style fashion experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver daily sales goals through flawless execution of guest experience behaviors
• Ensure delivery of a simple, fun, and in-style fashion experience through the playground rules
• Build brand awareness by attracting new guests from the host to optical
• Develop and maintain professional business partnerships with the Target Optical doctor and Target Host
• Model the Target Optical personal style dress code
• Create an amazing guest experience on every visit by accurately fitting and dispensing fashionable products to guests

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Licensed as required by state
• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service
• Basic computer skills
• Selling skills
• Driver for results
• Self-motivated
• Critical thinking
• Accountability
• Accuracy in measurements
