Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled RN Endoscopy Team Leader to join our team at Ascension Wisconsin. In this role, you will play a key part in the delivery of high-quality patient care and lead our endoscopy unit with expertise and passion.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have experience in coordinating unit staffing, providing leadership, and ensuring the implementation of clinical objectives and quality patient care. This will include assigning and directing nursing staff, contributing to performance evaluations, assessing daily patient care needs, and developing and distributing patient care assignments.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have a current Registered Nurse licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or equivalent state license if applicable. Additionally, you should possess at least one year of cumulative job-specific experience in a related field. A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross within one month of hire date is also required.
