Salem, Oregon, United States Cynet Health Full time

Cynet Health is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Inpatient Psychiatry Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Massachusetts. As a valued member of our healthcare community, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to children ages 3 to 17 in an inpatient setting.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a pediatric psychiatry setting. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to create a nurturing and non-coercive environment for our young patients. Your expertise in trauma-informed care, patient-centered care capabilities, and ability to verbally de-escalate patients will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

In this role, you will ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for our patients by maintaining a clinician-to-patient ratio of 1:3. You will also manage a patient population of children aged 3-17, working with a unit bed count of 30 and a census of 20-25. Additionally, you will utilize the electronic medical record charting system, EPIC, to document patient information and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and working in a dynamic and supportive team environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
