Responsibilities:
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing
  • Participate in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
  • Identify and report safety concerns to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff
Requirements:
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a human service field, with direct contact with individuals receiving services
  • Or Bachelor's degree in a related field, with 0-1 year's experience in a mental health setting
