We offer a unique opportunity for licensed hair stylists to refine their craft and elevate their skills in our inviting, upscale salon environment. Our Apprentice training program is designed for those who want to learn advanced techniques through hands-on training while developing guest service and time management best practices.


At Gene Juarez Salons & Spas, we provide a supportive platform for artists to grow professionally and personally. Our comprehensive training program includes:

  • Dedicated training classes to develop your skills
  • Mentorship from seasoned artists to guide you
  • A focus on ample hands-on experience to hone your craft


We also offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $18.50 per hour
  • Opportunities to earn retail product commissions
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) after one year of service

  • Active Washington State cosmetology or hair design license
  • 0-2 years of behind-the-chair experience
  • Ability to commit to 3 months of focused training
