The role of a micro clinic operator is multifaceted, involving greeting patients, assisting with in-clinic tests and procedures, and performing physical exams using connected devices. Our teams are conservatively staffed, empowering our medical professionals to take ownership of their locations and work independently.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Serving as the all-in-one operator of the micro clinic, handling administrative tasks, and providing excellent patient care.
  • Using advanced technology to conduct thorough physical examinations, including cardiac and lung exams, ear exams, and other necessary assessments.
  • Performing various in-clinic procedures, such as blood draws, processing urine samples, injections, and ear flushes, under the guidance of virtual physicians.
  • Accurately documenting exams, procedures, and lab orders, ensuring comprehensive patient records.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues that may arise during appointments, utilizing remote support when needed.

This role requires:

  • A current Paramedic license, with NREMT certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with virtual physicians and colleagues.
  • Comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment, with adaptability to new technologies and workflows.
  • Previous experience in clinics, primary care, urgent care, ED, ICU, or I/P units is beneficial but not essential.
