Job Position: Pharmacy Technician

Location: On-site

Pay Rate: $/hour

Shift: Monday - Friday 8AM EST-6PM EST

This position involves providing professional phone assistance to callers, managing refill scheduling, and assisting with shipments. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with incoming calls and providing phone assistance to callers.
  • Managing the refill scheduling process.
  • Assisting with Point of Sale activities and inventory management.
  • Assisting with daily shipments.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of scheduled refills.

Requirements:

  • Verifiable High School diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician in an administrative support function.
  • Must be licensed in the state of PA.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service position with high volume call center experience.
  • Advanced computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheet utilization.
  • Customer service skills (written and verbal) are essential.
  • Ability to stand for long periods is required.
