We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Specialist to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Danville, Virginia.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care as a Telemetry RN in a long-term care setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care, prioritizing the needs of each individual and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care, communicate effectively, and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to facility policies and procedures.
Requirements
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must have:
- A current RN license in the state of Virginia.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telemetry RN in a long-term care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
