Albany Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Manager Leader: Pulmonary and Renal Care Expert to join our team. About the Role
The Nurse Manager Leader: Pulmonary and Renal Care Expert will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and executing administrative management duties in collaboration with the Administrative Nursing Supervisor, Nurse Manager, and Assistant Vice President of Specialty Nursing Division. Key responsibilities include mentoring professional caregivers in delivering exceptional patient care, facilitating access to communication and transitions throughout the acute care stay, and providing leadership for direct patient care provided by specialty nursing unit staff on assigned shifts.
Salary and Benefits
This exciting opportunity comes with an estimated salary range of $90,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a registered nurse in a relevant healthcare setting and a proven track record of leadership and mentorship.
