Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Right of Way Agent I - II to join our team at the State of New Hampshire Department of Transportation Bureau of Right-of-Way. As a Right of Way Agent I - II, you will be responsible for Occupation Category: Sales and related occupations. This is a Related Occupations Employment Type: FULL-TIME position.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct field inspections and investigations to identify potential right-of-way issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve right-of-way conflicts
• Develop and implement right-of-way management plans
• Provide technical assistance to other departments and agencies

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 2+ years of experience in right-of-way management or a related field
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
