Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Director to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data security and a proven track record of navigating complex customer organizational dynamics. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with our largest enterprise customers to shape, develop, and deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Work closely with our largest enterprise customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer success initiatives
* Identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive customer value and growth
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

* 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing technology role
* 2+ years of experience in a primary account management role
* Deep domain knowledge in data security, compliance, data privacy, data governance, and/or cybersecurity
* Proven ability to tie technology to business objectives and sustain momentum throughout the customer lifecycle
* Strong critical thinking skills and a strong point of view on how to maximize customer value
