About the Role

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Medical Surgery unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of nursing staff to provide patient-centered care
  • Coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve patient safety and satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting to meet regulatory requirements
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership position in a hospital setting
  • An active RN license in the state of North Carolina
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
