We are seeking an experienced Business Administration Manager to oversee our office operations and ensure seamless customer interactions.

**Responsibilities Include:**

  • Managing all aspects of office administration, such as payment processing and customer communication.
  • Collaborating with the Customer Care Team and Sr. Production Manager to achieve installation objectives.
  • Ensuring timely collection of customer payments and resolving any outstanding issues.
  • Implementing and maintaining company-wide standards for cost control, quality, and safety.

**Candidate Requirements:**

  • 2-5 years of experience in Office Management or Business Administration, preferably in construction, remodeling, or manufacturing.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferable).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Compensation & Benefits:**

  • $68,000+ salary based on experience.
