Job Description

LuLu's Landing Inc is seeking a skilled Prep Cook to join our team. As a Prep Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items in accordance with designated recipes and presentation guidelines.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all materials and supplies are available and set up station according to established guidelines.
  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and plating guidelines.
  • Adhere to all safe food handling standards and practices.
  • Ensure all food items presented for use and/or sell meet acceptable quality standards.
  • Prepare food in quantities as indicated by management for expected business levels.
  • Monitor product and ingredient levels and notify management of low inventory.
